Samco’s Disinfectant Services are provided with a product called Nisus DSV. This is a disinfectant, sanitizer, virucide and a concentrated cleaner, mildew stat, fungicide & sanitizer. Kills a broad spectrum of viruses, bacteria and fungi.
Disinfects all surfaces that would be in contact by human touch inside public facilities such as schools, healthcare facilities, distribution warehouses, restaurants, offices and any place where people are working or gathering.
Nisus DSV
Labeled to kill Hantavirus, E. Coli, Hepatitis B and C, Avian flu, staph, strep, SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) and many other viruses & bacteria. This product is approved by the EPA to be used for the purpose of eliminating bacteria from most surfaces.
The DSV Application Process
Product is safe once dried. Surfaces must be cleaned & dried prior to application.
The Samco team applies this product using all required PPE to ensure every safety standard is adhered to while on property and much attention will be paid to deploying this product over all exposed surface areas with a fine mist sprayer.
The mister maximizes coverage and has virtually zero impact regarding odor or staining. Extra attention is given to electronics and desktops using micro fiber clothes & the DSV will be applied manually.

Grocery Store Treatments – Front entrance vestibules, carts, baskets, checkout lanes, prepared food sections in center of store.
Management Offices – work stations, common areas, bakery, deli, seafood & meat departments. All exposed surfaces will be treated.
Restrooms – all surfaces including stalls and toilets.
